COVID-19 Safety Precautions

In an effort to reduce and prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have established a few new changes within our practice. If you have any questions or concerns about our new safety precautions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our front office team for clarification. We are excited to be scheduling non-emergency appointments again, and we look forward to seeing you at your next visit!

Checking In

To help facilitate social distancing, we are asking patients to avoid congregating in our waiting area and wait inside their vehicles instead. When you arrive for your appointment, please call or text our front desk and we will let you know when we are ready for you to come in. Then, someone will escort you from the front door to your treatment room.

Social Distancing

We are staggering our appointment times to reduce the number of patients who are in the building at one time. Please refrain from bringing any additional family members or friends with you to your appointment if they do not also have an appointment. Children should only be accompanied by one adult during their visits.

Personal Protective Equipment

Please put a face mask on before you enter our practice and leave it on until your hygienist asks you to remove it. Our team will also be wearing masks and varying levels of PPE. When you come in, you may also notice that our front desk has a clear barrier in front of it to protect both our staff and our patients.

Our Lobby

We have installed a high-tech air purification system that filters the air that circulates throughout our lobby and treatment rooms. You may notice that unnecessary items in our waiting area, like books and magazines, have been removed for the time being, as they are difficult to sanitize and keep clean.

Sanitization

We will have hand sanitizer available for patients to use when they enter and exit our practice. We may ask you to rinse your mouth with hydrogen peroxide immediately before your treatment begins to reduce the risk of potential virus particles becoming airborne. As always, we are cleaning each treatment room and common areas thoroughly and often.
